The Pacific oyster is the most commonly cultivated oyster in California. This work seeks to explore the genetic and epigenetic capacity for improving Pacific oyster survival to climate change stressors currently impacting and those that are projected to impact oyster farms. This work specifically explores OA tolerance, hypoxia tolerance, and HAB tolerance of commercially available oyster lineages.
